How a Side Hustle Became a Revolution in 3D Printing

It all began in 2023 with a secondhand 3D printer, a cramped study room, and a stubborn belief that creativity shouldn’t be limited by budgets or bureaucracy.

The Spark
As a design student, I spent nights battling my university’s overbooked 3D printers to finish prototypes. When my cousin asked for a custom engagement gift—a tiny 3D-printed replica of his partner’s childhood home—I cobbled together my first printer and said, “Why not?” The result? Tears, a viral Instagram post, and a flood of requests from strangers.

The “Aha!” Moment
We realized something: People craved more than plastic trinkets. They wanted partners who’d listen to their stories, not just process orders. A student needed a prototype for a prosthetic limb adapter. A grandmother wanted a chess set modeled after her late husband’s sketches. A startup begged for 100 branded product mockups in a week. We said yes to them all—learning, failing, and improvising along the way.

Growing Pains
By 2024, demand exploded. My study room became a filament-filled cave, and sleepless nights were the norm. But instead of scaling into a faceless factory, we doubled down on what made us unique:
